Good day all!

 

I'm trying to install a fresh copy (not the one that came with my XPS 400) of Windows XP. During installation at the point when you are to select the drive you want the install to use, Windows Setup can not find the SATA drive that is installed.

 

I found an article regarding this issuse and it said I should hit F6 If I need to install a third party SCSI or Raid Driver. and insert the floppy disk with the correct controller driver.

 

My questions are:

 

What do I do if I don't have a floppy?

 

Where can I find the correct controller drivers for the Windows XP setup?

 

I have a XPS 400 and it was purchased on Jan 2006.

 

Please, any info at at would be greatly appreciated.
