Help Window "hides" off the desktop to the left

When I'm using "Help & Support" the tab appears in task bar but when I click on it, it sort of swoops off the screen to the left.  When I click again, it swoops back into the task bar tab.  All other tabs/windows work OK: click once and they restore, click again and they swoop back in to the task bar tab.  When I look at the "stacked" Aero view, I can see it but it will NOT restore to a useful window.  Its a problem when I cannot use the HELP function.  Thanks!

It says Vista X64 but it is the same for all versions.

How to Move a Offscreen Window Back to the Desktop :
INFO:
This would be a window that you accidentally moved off the screen to far to get to it with the mouse
pointer or if a laptop or computer is plugged up to a temporary secondary monitor and then disconnected
without remembering to move the window(s) back to the primary desktop.

Here's How:
1. Right click on the offscreen window's tab on the taskbar.
2. Click Move. (See screenshot below)

3. The mouse pointer will now turn into the Move cursor.
4. Press one of the arrow keys on the keyboard.
5. Now either move the offscreen window back by moving the mouse or use the arrow keys.
NOTE: Left click the mouse or press Enter to drop the window.
