How do i turn off popup blocker

Question

There is a new site that I use and I cannot open info on the site because of popup blocker. I've turned off p-u-blocker on the Internet ExplorerTools menu, I've entered the web address to allow pop ups for this site, but i still cannot navigate the site freely. I have Norton Internet Security. Frustrating...what else do I need to do???

Check you security settings to see if if is blocking sites.

Go to Tools>Internet Options>Security tab, then make your selection.
