Hello!

I see it's been quite a while since your post, but I needed these files as well. If you're having trouble getting those files, here's what I've found to work for me:

  1. Download your .EXE from Dell like normal. Store in a common location (ie. Desktop or Downloads).
  2. Don't bother with external tools, such as WinRAR or 7-Zip. Good tools, but Windows has a built in answer. Open up Command Prompt as Administrator, and use cd to get to the directory where your .EXE is located.
  3. Use the "ren" or "rename" command (same command) to rename the .EXE to a .ZIP. This will create an unzippable archive in the same directory.
  4. Extract All, or use a preferred third party tool to extract the contents of the archive to wherever you want it. All of your contents are in this folder. Anything labeled as the "Setup Information" file type is generally going to be a .inf file, though you can check properties to be sure. There is going to be a LOT in there, but generally the .inf's will be in a "number" folder (example 19042). There will likely be a Drivers folder inside of that as well.
  5. Keep digging around, or use a file search to get what you're looking for. I am fortunate enough to be able to specify a directory and have my software automatically search for .inf files within it, but I'd imagine you can repeat this process on any .cab you find as well.

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE, AND NEITHER IS DELL, FOR ANY POTENTIAL DAMAGE CAUSED TO YOUR SYSTEM BY THIS PROCESS. I'm just trying to help out by elaborating on what worked for me.

Take care, and hope you find what you're looking for.
