How to install the LIP?

My vostro installed the vista business, now i have to display the Simplified Chinese font.
But it seems the vista business cant install the language package.
If the LIP is Useless, what can i do to display the font?

Hi Mary

Thanks for that link. I was passing bye on this wesite for something else when my eyes got stuck on LIP. Out of curosity, I wanted to see the full form of LIP, so i clicked this post.

I actualy found Hindi, which is my mothertounge and lot of other indian languages. I installed it and its really cool.

Till today it was only a dream for me to see windows in my language and its wonderful researches done by Microsoft, as any native language they make the software in is so pure, even i dont know those many words in my mother tongue.
