I lost software when I restored my computer, please help

I was having alot of pop-up's on my computer, so I restored it to an earlier date.  It said I would not loose any new data, but I did loose my Kodak easy share software along with all my pictures.  My computer is working great now, but is there a way I can possibly find this software, without undoing the restoration?  Please Help!

The Easy Share software will probably have to be restored from the original CD.  You should not have lost your pictures.  Have you done a search on your computer to see if the pictures are still there?

When you restore it sees programs as settings so if they have been installed since the restore point was created they are taken out some programs create a restore point before they are installed incase you want to remove them.

It is only data in "My Documents" folder that is left untouched.

Thank you so much for your reply.  I did do a search and I did find my pictures.  I don't know why I never did that before.  I guess I'm still pretty new to this whole computer deal.  But I found them all and burned them on a CD.  Thanks again!
