IE7 Shuts Down Help and Support Center page

Too much information with incorrect order

Did you install drivers in this Order?
You can try to reinstall them in the proper order, but you may have to start from scratch, and reinstall the OS, following the proper order this time.

Yes but this could be because of how IE7 was installed, as described in the link I provided.
 
I have not suffered this issue, my help and support opens in just under 4 seconds, but mine is a fast box with much performance tweaking, I have an older much slower PC and it opens in under 10 seconds.
 
 
Here is how to perform a clean boot into windows, and then install IE7 (from hard disc) in this clean environment.
 
 
be sure to start the windows installer service as described, before installing IE7
 
Try this on 1 or 2 machines to see if it is the cure, post back, others would like to know if it is or not.
