Incorrect characters on keyboard

Question

I've got a strange issue in that suddenly some keys on the left had side lokie I, K, P show incorrect characters when they are pressed. I tried all the function keys and system restore to try to fix the problem but nothing has worked....anyone seen this before?   I have a Dell Inspiron 2200 laptop   Thanks!!!

Go to control panel 'regional and Language Options' and set all tabs to English, apply and exit. If this fails go to device manager and uninstall the keyboard and reboot.
