Individual Word Search on WP11?

When I had WP 9 and wanted to search through my zillion office files for a word or name but didn't know the particular file the word was in, I would hit  Start and then Search, I was given the choice to do a quick search for the word and I then clicked on WP for the files to be searched, and it worked like a charm.  Now I have WP 11 and the Search will not find the word unless you know the file it is in.  Is there any way to do just a word search?   "Help" says you cando that if you go to Programs -- Utilities, but I don't have a Utility option in my version.  I desparately need to be able to perform this word search.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!!!
