Inspiron 1720 Factory Default Settings
My cousin's friend put his entire laptop in Korean and I am trying to restore it to its factory default settings. It is running Windows Vista Home Premium. I tried F8, but there is no "Repair Your Computer" option in the advanced boot menu. What else can I try?
Thanks,

First I would boot off of the OS disk to confirm if the partition is still there you should have 3 total, OS, Restore, Diagnostics, if yes then goto the vista disk repair options and then following these instructions http://smsoftdev-solutions.blogspot.com/2009/03/how-to-restore-dell-factory-image-when.html, if it still doesnt' work if the system is a year within the invoice you may contact Dell and Request a System Restore disk set.
