Inspiron N5110: Correct Drivers?

I am trying to do a clean install of Windows 7 Home Premium on an Inspiron N5110. This computer was my Grandpa's and he gave it to my brother. My Grandpa had problems with it and had a local tech work on it. The local tech did a poor job so I'm just starting over fresh with it before my brother starts using it.

I have installed Windows 7 on it and am trying to install the drivers I downloaded from the Dell website using the service tag. Many of the drivers will unzip when I install them, but they do nothing after unzipping. Why is that? Thanks.

They should run the installer but often they don't and you need to run the installer from the setup file in the extracted folder. See Windows Reinstallation Guide/A Clean install of Windows 7:

Pay particular attention to Step 10.
