You should be able to uninstall it from Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel.

You may need to take more drastic measures. Go to the message by ChrisRLG at the top of this forum. If you haven't already run Spybot and Ad-Aware, download these programs from the links given, update them, run them, and let them get rid of all parasites they find. Then procede on to the instructions for HijackThis and post your HijackThis log to one of the forums listed in the message.

I'm not sure what you are asking. Norton Antivirus detects and removes viruses. Spyware, although increasingly virus-like, is not detected or removed by antivirus software. Antivirus software does not block you from going to web sites. It just monitors your computer for viruses that might get downloaded from the internet or come in with e-mail.
