'Internal Power Error'' after Windows 10 update

I Updated my os to windows 10 on my dell Inspiron 15R 5520. I get a message Internal Power Error and the notebook reboots and so it goes on when i was using photoshop 2015 cc . And i was trying to download graphics drivers in dell support, i notice the following warning.

Windows 10 Operating System not supported for this device
Dell does not support the Windows 10 operating system with this device. Some Windows 10 compatible drivers may not be available on this page.

I wonder why??? and How to resolve this issue ?
