"invalid windows image" message on start up.

Every time I turn my computer on I get this message:

The application or dllc:/WINDOWS/system32/xlibgfl254.dll is not a valid windows image.  Please check this against your installation diskette.

I than click on "OK" and it goes away, only to come back 4 nore times.   I click "OK" each time and it finally goes away and I can move forward.  The computer came with all the software installed.  I've had this system for over 2 years and it just started doing this a couple months ago.  Why is this happening and how do I fix it.  Thank you very much for the help.  Cheers!  -Ronatron

It is spyware or virus. Google." dllc:/WINDOWS/system32/xlibgfl254.dll "  for answers.
