So far I have rolled back windows updates, removed windows security essentials, flash player, java & chrome. Still have an issue rendering these pages, although it seems slightly better now, I though the issue was resolved as last night I removed flash and the problem seemed to disapear, however having reinstalled flash the problem happend straight away. So I removed flash once more and it is still causing an issue even with flash and all the other apps uninstalled.
It does seem slightly better today, however the stream app that probably renders pages in html is also having issues. So I am not sure if this could perhaps be an issue with a .net framwork update from windows.
I appreciate the time and effort that you took to troubleshoot the issue. We truly regret the inconvenience that has been caused to you.
I would like to inform you that I have done some research for this issue for you and have found out one of the articles which would be useful for you. Please check the same:

If you are still experiencing issues after trying the steps above:
The cause is either your computer's firewall settings or your web browser. To troubleshoot, please follow the steps below in order until the issue is resolved:
Firewall issues: If you are behind a firewall or connecting to the Internet through a proxy server (like a business Intranet), this could also prevent images from displaying. Try turning off (or "disabling") one or both of these features. For information, see Temporarily turning off anti-virus, anti-spyware, and firewall products.
Additional browser troubleshooting steps: If it's not a firewall issue, the cause is your browser. Each step below is designed to fix common browser issues, and you can click on the links for complete instructions as needed.

Hi wicked877,
Please let us know the model number of the system you have and the version of Windows installed on the same.
Kindly check the system with a different browser like chrome or Firefox to isolate if it is an issue with the IE only.
Also, if possible kindly attach the screenshot of the same so we can check and advise accordingly.
Thanks and Regards
Sandeep P
