loss of HTML (underlined links) function in Outlet Express

Two days ago HTML (underlined hot links) in Outlet Express stopped working when I clicked on them repeatedly. However, HTML links on web pages in Internet Explorer continue to work normally (switched to link when clicked on). Does anyone have a suggestion of how to restore the problem in OE?
