Lost factory image when upgrading to Windows 10
Hello,
I have the Dell Inspiron 7537 and it would appear I lost the factory image that came with it when I tried upgrading to Windows 10. After I did the upgrade, my laptop just sits at the Dell logo and doesn't boot up. After 3 restart attempts it allows me to try and repair/restore but the factory image is gone, along with everything else.
I was attempting to get an image from the dell site with a factory restore but it says my service tag doesn't have one. My next step was to try and create a bootable USB drive with the Dell Backup and Recovery tool. I installed this on my working desktop that is not a Dell computer but it wont let me install it because it's not a Dell computer.
How can you create a Dell backup and recovery USB drive without a working Dell computer? Is there an image I can download somewhere. Is there a better recovery method to get my Windows 8 back onto my laptop?
Thank you.

This system needs its UEFI BIOS updated to the latest version before carrying out a clean install of Windows 10. You can clean install Windows 8.1 following the instructions here:
http://dellwindowsreinstallationguide.com/download-windows-8-1-retail-and-oem-iso/
After that you can Update your UEFI BIOS to A13:

Then you can clean install Windows 10 RS1:
