McAfee harassment

Can anyone gid rid of McAfee pop up ads?  I bought a new Dell all in one last March and declined the McAfee because of previous experience with their relentless approach.  I bought another antiviral system.  I still get unsolicited McAfee reminders almost every day.  Any suggestions?  They keep reminding me of how much I detest McAfee marketing!
