I recently purchased a new laptop and Microsoft Office 2010. I got an email with a site to go to with a username and password to use to download my copy of Office. After the download got about halfway done, an internet connection issue caused the download to stop and disappear. I accidentally deleted the email with the site I needed to go to for downloading and cannot remember what it was. Does anyone know the site? It has locker or storage or something in it I think. And remember, I already paid for the full version of the software. Thanks!

The only other place you can try, that I know is, "My Dell downloads", after you log into dell.

What version of Microsoft Office was it Home and Student?

If you have the product key you can download the trial from Microsoft.

Just google search Microsoft Office 2010 trial. Ignore the trial product key and instead use the one you got with the system.
