Mise and keyboard doesn't work on windows 7
i have a big problem, the mise and the keyboard gets frozen once in a while, it doesn't happen on a specific time or on a specific moment, i already format my computer using the backup and recovery tool of the computer, i install the drivers 3 times, i did a check for virusses and i did a hardware and software maintenance... i use the tool to check the system and the only problem it's with the fan of the processor which it is for a bad configuration of the bios

Hi DaletWolff,
What is the system model number? Where do you connect the mouse and keyboard? Is it the front USB ports or the rear USB ports? Does it make any difference if you connect to a different port? Please reply back with your findings.

Hi DaletWolff,
Go to 'Device Manager' from 'Control Panel' -Or- just right-click on Computer Icon and choose 'Properties' and then click on 'Device Manager'. Delete all the USB root hubs and restart the system. Check if it makes any difference.
