I would like to inform you that if Fastaccess was a part of software supplied along with your system, then you can download the same from My Dell downloads. You can check the link below for dell downloads:

You would need to register on the same before you can access the list of supplied softwares.

Hi Sandeep,

The above link given by you is not working. After clicking "allow", it is stuck with the message "Examining your computer please wait ..." . Please suggest

Hi Akshay,

Please check on different browser like chrome or firefox. Make sure you have the latest active X flash player updated on the sytem from the link below:

http://adobe.ly/mwfN1

If still it causes any issue then disable any firewall installed on the system and try again.

Hi Sandeep,

Thank you for the warm welcome. The software was supplied to me with dell system(pre-installed). I have IE, so it does seem to work on that.

Let me check with some other browser. Also, I did one more thing, I downloaded Fastaccess from internet and tried the "key" given on CD's provided by dell for Fastaccess. Even that did not work.

Welcome to the community.

I would like to know was this software supplied with your system. Also, please check the link on a different browser.

If you have any firewall installed kindly disable the same and then try again the link.
