Most Links on Dell Web Pages not working

Most of the links that I try to access on Dell web pages don't work.  For example, if I bring up the "Contact Us" page in support at this url: http://support.dell.com/contactus/ByPhone.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen

And click on the link "? Dell System Service Tag", nothing at all happens.  If I right-click on the link and select "Open in New Window" then I receive a "The Page Cannot Be Displayed" error message.  In the URL window at the top it shows: "javascript:openSubWin('/SystemIDHelp.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen&Opt=WIN',650,500)"

Under the advanced options for Internet Explorer there isn't an option for enabling ActiveX scripts or Java scripts so I am at a loss...

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Look for additional settings under the Security tab in Internet Options, Custom Level. Also check the Privacy Tab, the Advanced tab and your Zone Alarm settings. Add Dell.com to your safe sites list under the Privacy Tab.
