Movie Downloads
Does anyone know of a software that I can buy so I can download movies onto my PC? Also once I download the movie onto my PC, how do I get it from my PC onto a DVD-R (video) so I can view in my own DVD player.

There are companies like Movielink that allow you to download movies to play. You cannot load them onto a DVD though. You get a limited period of viewings, then it shuts off.

there are pay sights you can use and pay per movie. some are scams and make youpay for software which is free elsewhere on the net.. once you download you rmovie theres a lot of software out there you can use, much is free or you can download free trial periods. power video converter is just one. your downloaded movie may not be in dvd format as dvds are large 4gb, it may come in compressed and in a defferent format for space reasons. so then you convert then burn .
dont think buy right away, try some free trial versions, see what you like.

CDLOUS:
Rick said Advanced Forum SEARCH, located at the bottom of each forum page.
The term "downloading movies" is used to mean different things by different people. If you are trying to download movies from the internet or copying commercial DVDs, you'll get no help here. If you mean loading movies from a video camera, I suggest you check the photo and video editing boards.
