I am not sure if I am posting in the right place but, I have a Dell Dimension 2400 with Windows XP Home Edition PS2

 

I purchased an MP3 player for subscription use (Sansa M200 series)  When I connect the device my computer tries to install the MTP device, but is unable to.  I have tried everything I can think of.

 

I have all of the requirements, XP, WIndows Media 10 player.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
