my password for my XP Professional changed when it crashed!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!

all right here the deal. my computer crashed and now i can't login because apparently when it crashed it change my password.

 

i've tried previous passwords and nothing at all and have gotten into the default administrator login using crtl-alt-delete twice and u need a password for that as well. i've tried a safe boot and restore point configuration to no avail. i've also done some side hacking only to have my you-know-what kicked by certain walls and security. i'm not the greatest computer user so for u people who r awesome and this is your thing let me hear it!

 

any help or ideas it greatly appreciated!!!
