Need help wiping out my hd

Question

I currently live on campus at university which has been hit hard with several virus' and worms. Since my computer was not fixed by tech support i am asking if anyone could assist me in a clean uninstall reinstall of windows xp. this is a dimension 4600 with xp pro and i have all the disks needed. thanks in advance

alright so im going through my xp bundle pack and do not see anything with the cd key on it. if i format my hd and use this disk, does it automatically install xp or do i need the cd key?

S0450982, You should not be prompted for a Product ID but in the event you are, it is on a sticker on the case of your computer.
