NEED HELP

I have a xps gen2 laptop and i have had it a month now and i cant update any programs and if i running some programs i get a unresponsive program error and it ask me if i want to send to microsoft so i click send and nothing happens can someone plz help me

This is going to be impossible to solve without more specific information. Please try to focus on one issue and explain in as much detail as possible what is happening or not happening, what error message(s) you get, etc.

Chird, it would be most helpful if when you get the message to send the report to Microsoft, you would click on the link in that error message to "show details" of the error report.  Look at the details and write down and report here the AppName and ModName involved in the error.

Ok, you're now making it rather confusing.  Let's stick to the original problem.  Which one of these was the error that you were first reporting. Is World of Warcraft the program you are having trouble with?  If not, then you are likely infected with malware/spyware, and you should go Here and follow the directions to download and run the analysis tool called HijackThis. Generate a log file, then open it and copy and paste the text of the log file in a message in the HijackThis forum where a HijackThis expert can offer advice on how to fix the problem.

ran another program and the same error came up but the szappname:ad-aware.exe came up

ok got some info on from 1 program

szappname: wow.exe

szappver:1.0.0.3980

szmodname:hungapp

szmodver:0.0.0.0

hope this helps a little

i viewed the tech info too and it says this

c:\docume~1\ricksi~1\locals~1\temp\wera4b0.dir00\ad-aware.exe.mdmp

so i posted the highjackthis log save but i did see it first with world of warcraft
