need vista install disk with sp1 and sp2
i have a laptop with Vista product key and need to do a full re-install. would like a disk with sp1 and sp2 already included.
an idea on where i can download from and make such a disk.

Microsoft removed all the Digital River Download Links for Windows Vista Installation Media last month. You therefore won't be able to get an up to date installation disc.
Dell have pretty much stopped sending out Windows Vista Reinstallation DVDs and it can be thought of as obsolete, no digital distribution, no Office 2013 support, no IE10/IE11.
The best thing for you to do at present is install Windows 10 Technical Preview:
