Need Windows 8.1 Single Language with Bing ISO for DELL
I have dell 20-3043 with bundled Windows 8.1 with bing single language.
I ahd to format PC due to some problem. Kindly provide me the ISO for re-installation.

Or if you don't want windows 10 you can go here and see if you can download your recovery media.

That "Free" OEM Only Edition .iso is not available for download. You can use a Windows 10 RS1 .iso instead which will accept your Windows 8.1 Bing Edition UEFI BIOS SLP key. See here for details:
