nero 7 ultra and error 16399 e_fail

any ideas?  it loads the folders and program files but never installs them.  this seems to be a dell xp problem.  since i had problems with my bios, and finnally found a copy of xp pro i was able to find out thatit was:smileytongue: compatible, normal setting as the culprit:smileyvery-happy:. with my b110/1100 p4 prescott 2.8 bios rev a01 had to be set to normal.  but still no cigar with nero 7 ultra.  nero 6.6 installs fine.

 

just can not figure why free software works bought is always headache's
