"hpqthb08 is the hp image zone fast start
Improves the startup time of HP Image Zone. If you disable it, HP Image Zone takes a long time to start up only the first time you run it. Subsequent startups are much faster than the first time

If you want to you can go to msconfig and disable it.  That will stop the error message
Start/Run  and type in
msconfig
OK

Startup Tab
Look for it here and remove the check

If you can`t find it in msconfig try looking in your Startup folder in the Start Menu

This should not be connected to removing  .net framework 1. 0
Go to the Windows Update Site and you will probably be offered it again

thanks dunedin for the info you gave me . i went to msconfig and my startup folder in the start menu and removed the check for  hp image zone and the error message don't show now . i should have known that the error message was not connected with  .net framework 1.0  and it had something to do with my hp printer .

thanks again,
dave
