.Net Passport and Windows User Account

I cannot get my .Net Passport Wizard working. When I first tried to sync up my Windows User account with my .Net Passport I got a DEP error. I read how to allow the software to load and made the correct changes, but now when I used the "Add my existing .Net Passport Account" feature, it closes without doing anything. If anyone has any suggestions on how to get this working, that would be greatly appreciated.
