Netzip Download Demon Problem

Starting a few days ago I get message saying "Netzip Download Demon cannot start.  Please reinstall product".  Since then I can't download anything.  Since I never downloaded this software, I assume that it came with software installed on the PC when I purchased it.  This demon is not specified on my invoice or on label of any install CD I have.  I don't want to attempt a reinstall until I at least know which CD it's on, if any.   It may be in the Dimension ResourceCD since the label specifies "Diagnostics and utilities" but I don't know for sure.  I have never re-installed anything from any of the CDs so I would appreciate some instructions on how to recover the Netzip Download Demon before I try anything.

It seems to part of the Real Player stuff, so maybe in there. It might be shareware, since going to it's website says you can buy it for $29.95. The program itself is like WinZip. So unless you don't have WinZip and want a utility like it, then your choice it to go to Add/Remove Programs and get rid of it. Or you can go to the website: http://shareware.about.com/library/nettools/bl_netzip_download_demon.htm And download it.
