Newbie factory restore

Go there, I put my Dell Inspirion 1750 back to factory settings. It has put vista 64-bit on and now I need to put the drivers on. However when following the dell explaination it tells me to find my configuration in administrative tools. I don't have the option to see this. I then also can't connect to the Internet, which I know is because the drivers aren't there. Can you please explain to me how to get around this? Aprox how many drivers will there be?
