No Pictures Displaying On Webpages

Hi,

I had some spyware on my computer that I believe was removed.  Since then when I go to any webpage, my pictures do not show.  All I see is the little box with the shapes.  I went to Tools, Options, Advanced and clicked on the box that says show pictures and then when I refresh my page, the pictures are there. 

The problem is, each time I go on the computer I have to do this.  We have cable broadband internet.  How can I get this problem to stop?
