Norton Antivirus 2005 VS. Windows Protection
I recently bought Norton Antivirus 2005, and I noticed that it has a similar function like the windows port blocking system. It will ask you if you want to allow this application to access the internet, or not. Does anyone recommend that I use the windows system instead of this one, or vis versa? Is one better than the other? Norton seems to think its system is better, but im not sure
thanks
John

John,
I feel that Norton is a good product. I have used it for years and it has served me well. One advantage is that Norton monitors both incoming and outgoing traffic whereas Windows only monitors incoming..
