Norton Systemworks Premier 2005 post installation problems

I recently upgraded my Norton software to Systemworks 2005 Premier. I have a Dell Dimension 8400 with Windows XP Home edition. After installation I began to have problems receiving faxes. When I am receiving the fax the system experiences a fatal error (blue screen) with a physical memory dump. I have to reboot the system. My research indicates that the problem could possibly be a driver error resulting from the Systemworks. Of course Symantec, after having me turn off my computer 3 times and declaring their software error free, pointed the finger elsewhere. I am frustrated. It happened again yesterday. I have a Conexant HSF v 92 56k RTAD Speakerphone PCI modem. Any suggestions????
