Not able to create factory disk after windows 10 upgrade
I have a Dell Inspiron 15R laptop. When i bought the laptop it had windows 8.1 installed. Last 8-10 months back I have upgraded the windows 8.1 to windows 10. Now I want to reinstall the factory image (windows 8.1). So when i am going to create factory recovery disk "Continue" button is disabled. So I read in one of the forum to uninstall the previous version of Dell recovery and backup application as it is not supported in windows 10 and install the latest version (see link below). Even though when i am installing the latest version of Dell recovery and backup application (1.9) it is getting crashed. Please see the images attached below. is there any way I can get back my Factory image ?
