I am trying to free up C Drive space on my Inpiron 8000.  I only have 10% free disk space.   I have deleted programs, emptied the cache, tmp folders.  Under Window Folder there are literally 100's of folders that begin with $NTUninstall and then a number.  I am really tempted to delete all of these but I thought I might check to see if they are needed.  They all seem to be uninstall programs for service packs.
