OEM ISO download availability

Question

Hi,  I am looking for the ISO file to rebuild my laptop on a new HDD. I have the key but not the ISO. Where can I download the ISO x18-82072? Is this something you have available for user? Thank you

Unfortunately, there is no option to download the ISO image. You will be able to place a request for the back-up disks from the link below:

That anwsers my question. Thank you. Would the recovery media work on a completely new HDD? The old one is gone.

You cannot download an ISO -- you will need to call Dell to purchase the recovery media.
