Palm TX, Desktop Software and Hotsync

I have problems to install my Palm TX Desktop Software and hotsync application.
 
I receive an error in the middle of the installation y it's not possible to contine the process.
 
If I execute hotsync in this situation the information is not saved correctly and then, I can not open the desktop application again.
 
I contact Palm Inc. and Microsoft but they can not help me and I can not obtain any alternative process from them.
 
Can somebody help me?

In the middle of the installation I receive the followinf error:

Hotsyncwizard Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

However, I close the window and execute Hotsync Application.  The Hotsync log show "Ok" for all syncronization process. Then, I open the Desktop Application.  I can see only one record of my contacts and inmediately  I  received the following message: 

Palm Desktop Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Just all.

Yes I did.

I have installed in my computer "Norton Internet Security" and "Counter Spy".

I disabled both programs and then, I tryed to install my Palm, but the result was the same that when the programs are activated.  My hotsync doesn't  working.
