Please HELP with MSN Messenger upgrade to 7.5

Hi there,

 

I have recently upgraded to MSN 7.5 from 7.0 and its not working...I cannot log on. It says its either my internet connection, or my firewall. The internet is running, and I turned off my firewall, and it still does not let me sign in. Can anyone help me with this? I was unable to download 7.0 again, as though it is no longer available, I am stuck with using a really old version that was on my computer...4.7.
