In PowerPoint, go to the Slide Show tab on the ribbon at the top, then click Set Up Slide Show. In the window, switch from Browsed by an individual (window) to Presented by a speaker (full screen). What happens if you copy the powerpoint file to your computer hard drive, then open powerpoint and try to open it directly? What version of office did you use to create the powerpoint? Have you performed all office updates from Microsoft? You can also call Dell Software Support at the number below.
