problem when installing windows 8.1 in inspiron 1545

when i install windows 8.1  at 89% erorr message display  error code:0xC0000005

how can i solve it plz help me...

Use the Windows 8.1 .iso to clean install.

Try turning off or uninstalling your anti virus program and clearing the cache. If that doesn't work,Google Error code Oxc0000005 Windows 8.1

You should mention what Operating System you are upgrading from and how you are doing the upgrade--from the Store, Disk or whatever.

before windows 8.1  in my laptop  windows 8  is installed 

i use bootable pen drive to install.

configuration of my laptop:

RAM:3gb

HDD: 320 gb

processor:intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo Cpu T6500 @2.10GHz(2 CPUs)

before i instal windows ... format drive and then instal it

Go to device manager and highlight integrated web camera.  Then click on the update drivers green arrow. Make sure you choose to look for updates browse your computer and then pick from a list. The drivers should by right there.
