Problem with Internet Explorer, need to Reinstall XP System
For the pas few days everytime I try to use Internet Explorer, I get on of those "has encountered a problem and needs to shut down" messages. Sometimes it is as soon as I open Explorer and sometimes it's 20 minutes later, but EVERYTIME it happens. So I have gone through everything with the tech up to using the Operating System disk. I had some problems with them not calling me back so have dicided to do it myself, by the instructions in the user's manuel. But where it says to "use the arrow keys to select CD-Rom" There is no CD-Rom selection. (this is after inserting the disk, and restarting computer, and hitting F2 after the DELL screen) I did not know what to select so I exited it and here I am. Any Help is very appreciated.
P.S. I have backed up everyhting and have used a reinstall disk before, just don't wanna screw it up by choosing the wrong option. THANKS ~PJ~
