Problems with Programs: Learn XP and (Dell) Solution Center after Install of Service Pack 2

After having installed SP2 on my pc-system (Windows XP) and double-clicking program-icon

Learn XP, I get a warning-window saying "file of swflash.ocx is missing. You need this file

for a good performance of this program. Please close program and re-install from cd or network to repair file."

 

And on program-icon  (Dell) Solution Center, I get screen mentioning :"Can not display this page",

when clicking on sub-heading: Help and Support.

 

Can anyone advise me how to solve or fix these problems of these programs?
