Quattro Pro 11 - Budget Expert

New computer, and it has me baffled. I am trying to use the Quattro Pro 11, and I was trying the Budget Expert, trying to make a budget for a rental property I have. In step 2 and 3, where you can add new items and delete items that you don't want, I am able to do this at these steps, and also where you check quarterly or yearly , I can uncheck the quarterly. But the problem comes when I hit finish at the end, the new items show up, but SO do the the ones I deleted? The quarterly AND yearl show up also? Am I doing something wrong, or is there a problem? ANy help would be greatly appreciated.
