Quciken

I am working with Quicken '04 and trying to back up with their online support, but it says that i need to provide information about the firewall that I am using:

Do not use a firewall

Select this option (it is the default) if you do not have a firewall, or if your company is using its own Data Center that is on the same side of the firewall as your computer.

Use SOCKS proxy firewall

If your firewall is a SOCKS proxy firewall, select this option.  You must then provide your firewall's IP address and the port that the Agent should use to connect to the firewall.  The Agent will use the SOCKS protocol to tell the firewall the IP address of the Data Center that it wants to connect to, as well as the port number (16384).  No reconfiguration of your firewall is necessary if SOCKS is used.

Use proxy firewall server(s)

Select this option if you are using a non-SOCKS-compliant proxy firewall.  You will need to configure both the Agent and your firewall to communicate.  For each Data Center, enter your Firewall IP address
 and TCP Port.  You will need to make at least two entries, one for each of the mirrored Data Centers.  The Agent will connect to your firewall on a particular port that you specify.  The port it connects on will tell the firewall to connect to one of the Data Centers on port 16384.

Does anyone know how I can find this out?  The firewall IP address and the TCP Port?
