Question, about a Driver

Installed by Dell.  All OEM computers come with dial up modems.

   Kk, it is not a driver, it is a device (dial-up modem), but how did it get on my computer, to begin with? Thanks.

I want to say Thanks, jmwills, for your advice, and I also want to say Thanks to all, on their advice, I have met to post earlier, but kept putting it off, until now, I am very sorry about that. My computer is working great now, I am not sure what I did to it, to make it work great again, but without any of your suggestions, I would of not been able to do whatever I did, to undo my computer problems, and once again, Thanks alot. Hopefully no more computer problems, but if does, then I will be back here for help again.
