I have Vista Premium?  Can get to System Tools, but there is no "Local Users and Groups".  I have 'Task Scheduler', 'Event Viewer', 'Shared Folders', 'Reliability and Performance' and 'Device Manager'.  Maybe BlueShot has an update, as I have this message when connecting.  I can get on cable and wireless connections, but my computer doesn't know it, I guess.
Thanks

You must be logged on as an administrator to correct this issue.

I am the administer and I still cannont see Local Users and Groups.  Searching on the web, it says you cannot access this feature in Vista Premium (which I am runnign) as well as Vista Basic.  Any ideas?  Thanks in advance.

I am using Windows Vista Home Premium and cannot do what you are proposing.  I have run the Microsoft Management Console and added User Groups as a snap-in, but I get an error that says I cannot do what you propose in this version of Windows Vista.

Have you posted any additional information for Windows Vista Home Premium users to correct the problem?
Thanks.
